The Student Association of the Department of Long-Term Care at Asia University recently held a “Senior–Junior Mentorship Gift Draw” in a campus classroom. Second-year students prepared small gifts and were paired with first-year students through a lottery-style drawing, creating more opportunities for interaction between the two year levels. At the beginning of the event, members of the Student Association explained the procedures and important reminders, after which the drawing and pairing took place in sequence. Each first-year student drew a number corresponding to a second-year student, who then presented their pre-prepared gift to the new student on the spot. During the process, seniors and freshmen gave brief self-introductions and exchanged contact information.
