The Taiwan Nurses Association will hold an online video conference titled the “Outstanding Nursing Project Presentation.” We kindly ask you to publicize this event and encourage nursing personnel to register and participate actively.

  1. Organizing Unit: Nursing Administration Committee, Taiwan Nurses Association.

  2. Date & Time: Friday, November 21, 2025, 08:30–12:20.

  3. Format: Online video conference.

  4. Registration Period: From 12:00 p.m., Thursday, October 30, 2025 to Thursday, November 13, 2025.

  5. Eligibility: Open to event members of the Association only.

  6. Participant Quota: 500 participants, on a first-come, first-served basis. The event will be cancelled if fewer than 50 people register.

  7. Registration Fee: Free of charge.

  8. Registration Method & Notes:

    1. Before registering, please log in to the Association’s website and go to Member Area → Personal Profile → Basic Information to confirm that your email address and mobile phone number are correct. The online meeting link and instructions will be sent 2–3 days before the event. If incorrect contact information prevents delivery and affects your participation rights, you will be responsible and may not raise objections.

    2. Registration is online only. Please visit the Association website (www.twna.org.tw) and click “Register for Academic Activities” on the left-side menu to register. After registration, the event will be posted immediately under “Academic Activities” on the website. Please check online for confirmation. On-site or other forms of registration will not be accepted.

    3. No technical assistance will be provided on the event day. Please read carefully, before class, the “[Online Video] Participation Instructions and Check-in/Check-out Notes” in the program schedule.

    4. The Association will proactively register oral presenters and first authors of poster presentations. All other co-authors who wish to attend must register on their own.

    5. Oral and poster presenters must attend the entire session. After the event, the Association will issue a presentation certificate to the first author.

  9. To conserve resources and protect other members’ rights, please register only if you are sure you can attend. If you register but fail to attend twice in the same year, you must pay a NT$300 fee when registering for the third event. If you cannot attend, please cancel your registration online. Cancellation is not available starting 7 days before the event (excluding the event day). Failure to attend without cancelling as required will be recorded as one absence.

  10. No workshop certificate will be issued. Participants must use the check-in/check-out link in the online chatroom on the event day. For those who complete the course, the Association will upload continuing education credits for nurses and training hours for civil servants. Participants may check their records one month after the event by logging in to the Ministry of Health and Welfare “Nurse e-Platform” website (https://nurse.mohw.gov.tw).
