The Department of Nursing, College of Medicine, National Taiwan University, cordially invites faculty, students, and clinical nursing professionals to participate in the “2025 NTU International Nursing Forum: Global Vision, Moving Nursing Forward.”

  1. This Forum is organized by the Department of Nursing, College of Medicine, National Taiwan University, and is scheduled for December 5, 2025 (Friday), from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the College of Medicine, National Taiwan University. Lunch will be provided.

  2. The call for abstracts covers the following themes:
    (1) Clinical Practice and Innovative Care
    (patient safety and quality of care; health equity and care for vulnerable populations; digital health and smart nursing applications).
    (2) Nursing Education and Research Development
    (interprofessional and digitally innovative nursing education; emerging nursing research: AI, big data, and cross-cultural studies).
    (3) Policy Advocacy, Leadership, and Global Collaboration
    (health policy and nursing advocacy; nursing leadership and sustainable development; global health and emerging challenges such as pandemics, climate change, and health inequities).

  3. Abstract submission information:
    (1) Submission deadline: November 7, 2025.
    (2) Language: English (Word file, Times New Roman, 12-point font, maximum 500 words excluding title and authors).
    (3) Abstracts should include: title, authors, affiliations, background and rationale, purpose, methods, results, conclusion, and clinical applications, along with 3–5 keywords.
    (4) Types of research submissions: original research, retrospective studies, case reports, systematic or integrative reviews, and evidence-based nursing.
    (5) Presentation formats:

    1. Poster presentation: All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters (size 120 × 150 cm, portrait orientation). Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters.

    2. Oral presentation and awards: Selected outstanding abstracts will be invited for oral presentation (7-minute presentation + 3-minute Q&A, in English only). Two Excellent Abstract Awards will be presented: First Prize: NT$10,000; Second Prize: NT$6,000.

  4. Abstracts will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and the review outcome will be notified within 10 working days. Only authors and co-authors whose abstracts are accepted and who have completed registration and payment will be included in the official participant list.

  5. Participation in this Forum is accredited for continuing nursing education (CNE) credits.
