1. Organizer:
   Taiwan Association of Nurse Practitioners

2. Purpose of the Event:
   To expand the limitless possibilities of integrating healthcare with digital technology, introduce forward-looking models of healthcare for the future, foster innovative thinking, and solve current practical problems and pain points in clinical care, so that our vision of the future better meets actual needs.

3. Competition Theme:
   “Smart Care in the New Era: AI-Empowered Health in Action”

4. Competition Format:
   (1) Teams are to be formed with diverse members. Each team shall consist of 3–5 members, and at least 2 members must be nurse practitioners.
   (2) Team members may include nurse practitioners, engineers, designers, business analysts, and other roles to promote diverse thinking and collaboration.
   (3) The main presenters for the oral competition must be nurse practitioners (up to 2 presenters may go on stage to present).

5. Competition Venue:
   Shin Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital, Shin Kong Medical Foundation (tentative; the final venue will be announced with the competition program).

6. Competition Date and Time:
   March 8, 2026 (Sunday), 09:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

7. Registration Deadline:
   From now until 5:00 p.m., January 9, 2026 (Friday).

8. Announcement of Competition Information:
   At 5:00 p.m., January 26, 2026 (Monday), the list of participating teams and the competition program will be announced under “Latest News” on the Association’s official website.

9. Award Ceremony Date:
   April 11, 2026 (Saturday) (tentative) during the 2nd Meeting of the 7th General Assembly of Member Representatives.

10. Evaluation Methods:

(1) Competition Awards
Conducted in two stages: written review (40%) and oral competition (60%):

1. Teams must complete uploading their written proposal (up to 20 pages, format as described in the attachment) by 5:00 p.m., January 9, 2026.

2. On-site oral presentations on March 8, 2026: each team has 10 minutes. The presentation format is not restricted; teams may present in any form needed, such as slide presentations, drama, video, drawings, posters, models, etc.

(2) Video Popularity Award

1. Teams must complete uploading their work by 5:00 p.m., January 9, 2026; each team may submit one video (up to 1 minute) as an introduction.

2. The videos will be uploaded by the Association to social media on January 26, 2026. Participants may share their creative process on social media. As of March 23, 2026, the two teams receiving the highest number of “likes” will be recognized and awarded at the General Assembly.

3. Awards:

• Honorary Gold Award – NT$15,000 and a certificate

• Excellence Silver Award – NT$12,000 and a certificate

• Shining Bronze Award – NT$8,000 and a certificate

• Infinite Potential Award – NT$5,000 and a certificate

• Most Popular Award – Gifts from the Association’s gift station equivalent to NT$2,000 (winner’s choice)

    In response to energy conservation and net-zero initiatives, the competition guidelines and attachments are available on the Association’s website under:

13. Registration Fee:

• Members participating in the event: Free of charge

• Non-members: NT$6,000

14. Registration Method:
    (1) Registration is entirely online. Please complete registration by 5:00 p.m., January 9, 2026 (Friday).
    (2) Google Forms registration link: https://forms.gle/N8pwy1DJmFCLEaML7
    (3) Upload materials include:

    • Written report file (PDF format), and

    • Link to the introductory video uploaded to cloud storage.
      After successful upload, the system will automatically send a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please be sure to call and inquire.
