  1. Salary and Qualifications
    In accordance with the MOHW Salary Standards for Temporary Personnel in Social Welfare Institutions (12th pay grade, 328 pay points), the monthly salary is NT$44,280. Holders of professional (licensed) “teacher/associate-level” certificates will receive an additional NT$2,000 per month. Night-shift allowance is calculated separately.
    Qualifications:
    (1) Graduated from a junior college or above in nursing, geriatric care, or related departments/programs, and holds a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse license.
    (2) Preference will be given to applicants with clinical nursing experience at a regional hospital level or above, or with direct nursing-care experience in senior welfare institutions.
    (3) Has completed long-term care (LTC) personnel registration in accordance with the Regulations on Training, Certification, Continuing Education, and Registration for Long-Term Care Service Personnel, and can provide supporting documents.
    (4) Must obtain valid first-aid/emergency care training completion certification before reporting for duty.

  2. Job Responsibilities
    (1) Nursing care–related services.
    (2) Health promotion, health education, and preventive health services.
    (3) In cooperation with institutional care needs, work on weekends and rotate night shifts as required.
    (4) Other duties assigned by supervisors.

  3. Number of Positions and Employment Terms
    A total of 7 temporary nursing staff will be hired. Rights and obligations will be handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. Year-end performance bonuses will be provided in line with military/civil service standards. Those receiving an “A” rating in the annual performance evaluation may be eligible for a salary step increase in the following year.
