Application Announcement: Flexible Study Plan for Undergraduate Students Serving in the Military During Their Enrollment (114-1 Semester)
Application Period:
From Monday, July 21, 2025 to Friday, September 5, 2025.
To meet the career development needs of undergraduate students who choose to complete military service while enrolled, and in line with national conscription policy, the University provides flexible study measures—without compromising students’ professional training or changing graduation credit requirements. These measures support eligible male students in completing both military service and their degree during the enrollment period, so they can seamlessly proceed to employment or further study on the same timeline as peers who do not serve during school.

Eligible Applicants:
Male students born on or after January 1, 2005, who plan to undertake military service during their period of study. -
When to Apply:
Applications must be completed before the start of each semester.
Note: Students who wish to apply must submit a new application every semester. -
Application Process:
Log in to the Student Information System → Applications (as shown in the system screenshot) → submit the online application for “Flexible Study Plan Application for Undergraduate Students Serving in the Military During Enrollment.”
The application will then be reviewed and approved in sequence by:-
Department (program) class advisor and mentor teacher

Department staff member and department chair

Student Assistance Division, Office of Student Affairs

Division of Registration and Curriculum, Office of Academic Affairs
Once all approvals are completed, the application is finalized. Late applications will not be accepted.

Students applying for special military service during enrollment must apply to the University one month before entering service for a certificate of planned leave of absence, and submit it to their local household registration office.
