  1. Application period:
    Applications must be completed within two weeks after the start of each semester (fall and spring). Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Quotas are limited, and applications will close once the quota is filled.

  2. Application procedure
    Please ask the school’s designated coordinator to assist in collecting applicants’ application forms and supporting documents, and mail them to the Hospital’s Nursing Department:
    Nursing Department, 11F, Gan’en Building,
    No. 2, Minsheng Rd., Dalin Township, Chiayi County 62247, Taiwan.
    Please indicate “Application for Talent Cultivation Scholarship/Grant” on the envelope.

  3. Review results:
    The review results will be compiled and returned to the school’s designated coordinator. Applications with incomplete documentation or improperly filled forms will not pass the review.

  4. Attachments:
    Enclosed are one copy each of the Hospital’s Talent Cultivation Scholarship/Grant Application Guidelines, Application Form, and Faculty Recommendation Letter.
